01 PLANNING
お客様からきたばねの図面をもとに、誰がどの機械でどの様に製作するか話し合います。
Based on the customer's spring design drawing, we discuss who will manufacture it, on which machine, and how it will be produced."

02 TRIAL PRODUCT
機械で実際に製作し、お客様の要望通りのものができるか試します。また、量産に向けた懸念点や対応策をお客様へフィードバックします。
We use the machine to produce the springs and test whether it meets the customer's requirements. Additionally, we provide feedback to the customer regarding any concerns and countermeasures for mass production.

03 MATERIAL
当社の使用する材料は、国内海外一流メーカー品のみを厳選して使用し、各製品に使用した材料のミルシートはすべて保管・管理し、高品質の製品を万全の体制で世の中に送り出しております。
We carefully select and use only top-quality materials from leading domestic and international manufacturers.
We store and manage mill sheets for all materials used in our products, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products to the world with a perfect system.

04 SETTINGS
本番の量産に向けて、機械をセッティングしていきます。この段取りこそばね製造の花形で、品質にも大きく関わってきます。
We set up the machine in preparation for full-scale mass production. This setup process is the most critical stage in spring manufacturing and also plays a critical role in ensuring quality.

05 MASS PRODUCTION
いよいよばねを量産します。ばね材は気温の変化に敏感なため、量産中も定期的にばねの出来ばえを確認します。
In this process, springs start to mass-produce. Since spring materials are sensitive to changes in ambient temperature, we regularly check the quality of the springs during production.

06 HANDLE
機械で量産後、ばねにテンパーといわれる熱処理をします。熱処理をすることで応力が取り除かれ、初めてばねとして機能するようになります。
After mass production, the springs undergo tempering heat treatment. This process relieves internal stresses in the material, enabling the springs to function properly for the first time.

07 EXAMINATION
熱処理後、最新鋭の検査機器を使用し、ばねがお客様の要望通りにできているか最終検査を行います。
After heat treatment, we perform a final inspection using state-of-the-art testing equipment to ensure that the springs meet the customer’s specifications.

08 KEEP/PACKING
ばねはものによって非常に柔らかいため、輸送中に変形等のないよう、各々のばねに合わせて梱包していきます。
Since some springs are extremely delicate, we package each spring according to its characteristics to prevent deformation or damage during transportation.

09 SHIPMENT
梱包まで終わったばねをお客様のもとへ納品します。
After packaging, the springs are shipped to the customer.
