線加工品（I 対応含む）
線材加工品は、鉄線やばね用線材などをばね用NCスプリング機を用いて一筆書きの要領で成形します。
特にばね材を使用する場合、素材の持つ強靭性を生かしてデザインすることができます。
①プレス品からの移行ができる場合があります。
②設備に取り付ける先端治具などが必要の場合がありますが、金型など多大な費用は発生しません。
③相談いただければ使用される状態を反映した形状を提案して試作、量産加工することができます。
④筆書きなので材料を無駄なく使えSDGsに合致します。
Wire-formed products are shaped with materials such as steel and spring wire, using spring-specific NC spring machine, forming them with a single-stroke motion. When using spring materials, the inherent toughness of the material allows for innovative and durable designs.
①It is sometimes possible to transition from press-formed products.
②In some cases, specialized end tools or attachments may be required for the equipment, but significant costs such as for molds don’t arise.
③If you consult with us, we can propose designs that reflect the intended use, and proceed with prototyping and mass production.
④The single-stroke forming process efficiently utilizes materials and supports the SDGs.
