一般的にイメージのしやすい最も単純な形状のばねです。単純な形状ですが、弊社には次の点を強みに製作しております。 ①コイルの傾き公差をJIS1級以上のレベルで量産製作ができます。 ②極小ばねや、JIS規格外のD/d(ばね指数)のばねを、安定した品質で量産できます。 ③ロット1個から100万個/月以上の量産が可能です。 ④その他、端面研削や、メッキ等の各種表面処理品も対応可能です。

①We can mass-produce coil tilt tolerances at a level equal or above JIS Class 1.
