In 2017, we entered the field of medical catheters by utilizing our precision spring and continuous coiling technologies.
In 2021, we began mass production of catheter springs.
①We can manufacture torque coils with multi-layer and multi-turn winding.
②We mass-produce catheter springs using not only round wire but also flat wire.
③We mass-produce various types of long coiled springs, including solid coiling with consistent initial tension, coiling with consistent distance between coils, and coiling with tapered end.
平線、丸線ワイヤーコイルは柔軟性と圧縮性が高いことが特徴です。
特に平線コイルは材料間に既定の隙間(※)をあけてコイリングが可能です。
また、先端をテーパー形状にすることも可能です。
